Francesca joined Castell Wealth management as a Business Support Manager in 2021. Prior to this, she had considerable experience in managing the back office and HR duties across different sectors. Francesca joined from the recruitment industry where she helped a start-up recruitment business grow to more than 50 employees within the company.

Francesca’s strengths are her ability to work under pressure, drive, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that are new and unknown.

Francesca is a keen charity fundraiser having raised nearly £10,000 for multiple  charities over the last couple of years – including a skydive in 2018 and the London Marathon in 2019, which is to-date her greatest achievement. She is Castell’s internal charity representative and helps organise fundraising events for clients as well as for the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation.

The Foundation works closely with charities that support children; specifically young people with physical or mental health difficulties, young people who are socially or economically disadvantaged, cancer charities, hospices (all ages) and mental health charities.
