Charity Work
Since outset, Castell Wealth Management has been relentless in supporting charities that can benefit substantially with relatively small grants via the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation. Hundreds of small charities have benefited as a result.
We regularly work in partnership with our clients and our wider ecosystem, helping support charities that are dear to them. We will support the charity application for funding as well as visit as many of the charities as we can.
Not only do we work with charities via the fundraising support, we are also able to help charity investment committee’s in the investment advice that we provide. This is done on a pro-bono basis and we will not charge up-front fees for this work. Often this advice will be based around themes such as sustainable investing and ESG – topics that are close to us.
Recent Events:
The Change Foundation
On the 7th of July 2023, 14 of us kayaked down the Thames against a considerable swell to support this amazing charity with a total raised of £5,738.
The Change Foundation has been changing the lives of marginalised young people through the use of sport for 40 years, delivering targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sports sessions, personalised mentoring and work-related opportunities.
