Sean started his financial services career as a St. James’s Place Apprentice in 2019. He was based out of the Chelmsford office and specialised in Unit Trusts and ISAs. This role gave him knowledge of St. James’s Place products and taught him a fundamental understanding of business processes at a company level.

In 2022, Sean was approached by Castell, and he has since joined the team. He now specialises in financial administration and is working exclusively with Tom Donlea and his client base whilst he finishes his CII exams.

Sean is looking forward to further developing his skills and growing as a person with our friendly ecosystem.

Outside of work, Sean is a part-time petrol head and car enthusiast. He enjoys driving his sports car with his roof down come rain or shine. He also enjoys going to classic car shows with his dad in their restored Mk1 Ford Cortina.
